Fraser Island Beaches
75-mile beach is located on the eastern side of Fraser Island. It is perhaps the only beach in the world that is a registered highway and has a designated speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour. It also is a local airport with both scenic flights and medivac being available. Scenic flights cost around $60 for 20 minutes whereas a medivac may cost in excess of $5000.
